type
Optional key type. Possible values are:
IntlPartsIterator::KEY_SEQUENTIAL
- The default. Sequentially increasing integers used as key.
IntlPartsIterator::KEY_LEFT
- Byte offset left of current part used as key.
IntlPartsIterator::KEY_RIGHT
- Byte offset right of current part used as key.
